Angelina Tague

Angelina Tague, 87, of Fort Dodge, died Wednesday, March 22, 2006 at the Marian Home.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, March 27, 2006 at the Bruce-Graham Funeral Home and Cremation Center. Officiating will be the Rev. Kenneth Fogelman. Interment will follow in the North Lawn Cemetery, Fort Dodge. Visitation will be held today from 3 until 5 p.m. at the funeral home.

Angelina was born February 25, 1919 the daughter of Antonio and Antonette (Javinnizzi) Salvatore in Centerville, IA. In December of 1936 Angelina was united in marriage to Merle Dwight “Ike” Tague.

Angelina was very family oriented and loved being involved with as many of their activities as possible. Camping, fishing, and family outings were just a couple of her most cherished times. She enjoyed painting, working in her gardens, and doing puzzles later in life. Angelina was a loving mother.

Those thankful for having shared in Angelinas life include her children; William D. (Claudette) Tague of Fort Dodge, Annette M. (Duane E.) Mcloud of Des Moines, Benjamin P. (Joanne) Tague of San Diego, CA, Robert J. (Nancy J.) Tague of Des Moines, Delbert E. (Patricia Gwen) Tague of Las Vegas, NV, Dennis J. Tague of Fort Dodge, and Nancy C. (Michael E.) Rodgers of Duquion, IL, one brother in law; George Edwards of Fort Dodge, and 86 wonderful grandchildren.

Mrs. Tague was preceded in death by her parents, husband Merle, two daughters; Darlene Ortiz, and Merleann Edwards, one son, Willard D. Tague, three sisters; Mary, Annette, and Virginia, five brothers; Pete, Jimmy, Johnny, Fred, Benny, and two grandchildren, Greg Edwards and Robert Raymond Tague.
