Ava Rose Elkin

Ava Rose Elkin premature infant daughter of TaDD Elkin and Madison Worley died May 24, 2018 at the Trinity Regional Medical Center in Fort Dodge. Memorial services will be held Saturday, June 2, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Lighthouse Ministries Church in Fort Dodge.

She is survived by her parents TaDD Elkin and Madison Worley, brother Isaiah Elkin, maternal grandmother, Amanda Griffitts of Lake City, paternal grandparents, John (Jessica) Elkin Jr and JoDena Elkin of Fort Dodge, maternal great grandparents; Duane Worley of Chattanooga, Tennesee and Tamara Tucker and Robert Griffitts Sr of Rossville, Georgia and paternal great grandparents, John (Connie) Elkin Sr. of Fort Dodge. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
