Charles Charlie O. Weideman

Charles “Charlie” Otto Weideman, 58, of Fort Dodge, IA, died Wednesday, November 13, 2019, at the Paula J. Baber Hospice House in Fort Dodge. Private family services will be held at a later date. Memorials may be directed to the family.

Charles was born August 19, 1961, in Des Moines, IA, the son of Harris and Dorothy (Mettler) Weideman. He attended Manson Schools. Charlie worked as a maintenance man for many years. He enjoyed family get togethers, music and watching his favorite teams – the Kansas City Chiefs and Iowa State Cyclones.

Charlie is survived by his wife: Cindy; daughter: Danielle; mother-in-law: Colleen; sister-in-law: Donna; daughter-in-law: Stephanie; 3 siblings: Linda, Kathy and Jeff; and 5 grandchildren: Tyler, Alexas, Taylor, Axl and Anthony.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son: Tyler; 2 brothers: Clifford and Wayne; and father-in-law: Don Koster.
