Clifford L. Baldwin

Clifford Lewis Baldwin, 73, of Fort Dodge, died Monday February 28, 2005 at the Trinity Regional Medical Center.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday March 3, 2005 at the Bruce-Graham Funeral Home and Cremation Center. Officiating will be the Rev. Gary L. Snook.

Cliff was born April 8, 1931 the son of Lewis and Mary (Peterson) Baldwin in Rockwood Township, Hubbard Co, MN. When Cliff was a young man in the early 1950’s he was employed by the Chicago Central Railroad.

Cliff loved to shoot pool in which he qualified himself for different awards in the pool leagues. He was an avid outdoorsman especially when it came to fishing and hunting. Cliff really enjoyed the time he spent with his children and grandchildren.

Those thankful for having shared in Cliff’s life include his son; Skip (Connie) Baldwin of Webster City, stepchildren; James (Teresa) Morris of Eagle Grove, Jon (Joan) Morris of Fort Dodge, Jack Morris, Danny (Janice) Ross of Fort Madison, Steve (Joni) Lay of Eagle Grove, one brother; Jerry Baldwin, one nephew; Knute (Evelyn) Peterson of Humboldt, 18 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and a special friend Bob (Sandy) Redling of Fort Dodge.

Mr. Baldwin was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Katie, one son, Brian Baldwin, and one brother, Gene.
