Daneta L. Page, 81, of Humboldt, IA, died Sunday, March 22, 2026, at UnityPoint Health – Trinity Regional Medical Center. Private family services will be held at a later date. Memorials may be directed to the family. Arrangements are with Historic Bruce Funeral Home of Fort Dodge.
Daneta was born December 26, 1944, in Cherokee, IA, the daughter of Moneta (Wedge) and Wayne Moses. She graduated from Fort Dodge Senior High. On November 1, 1981, she was united in marriage to William “Bill” W. Page in Monument, CO. Over the years, she was the office manager for her husband at Crossroad Counseling Service, waitress, restaurant owner and daycare provider. Daneta was “the boss” and micro-manager of all things. Daneta enjoyed children, talking and watching “The Price Is Right”. She also enjoyed attending church and was a member of New Covenant Church in Fort Dodge.
Daneta is survived by her husband of 44 years: Bill Page of Humboldt; 3 children: Kathy Kather of Ocean Shores, WA, Kurt Knigge and wife Holly of Colorado Springs, CO, and Guy Page and wife Annamarie of Nevada, IA; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and sister: Marsha Vanderhoff and husband Fred of Gilmore City, IA. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and sister: Nancy Petterson.
