Debbie L. Halligan, 64, of Fort Dodge, IA, died Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at Friendship Haven. A celebration of life service will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at the Friendship Haven Celebration Center, 420 Kenyon Road, with Chaplain Denise Halverson officiating. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM at Friendship Haven. A private family inurnment will take place at Fulton Township Cemetery in Moorland, IA. Memorials may be directed to the family. Arrangements are with Historic Bruce Funeral Home of Fort Dodge.
