Dolly Oleson, 88, of Fort Dodge, died Tuesday, September 11, 2007 at the Marian Home.

There will be a graveside service for the immediate family.  Visitation will be held Monday September 17, 2007 from 5 until 7 p.m. at the Bruce-Graham Funeral Home.

Dolly was born October 12, 1918 the daughter of George Nelson and Lottie Edith (Prickett) Tague in Lake City, IA.  The family moved to Fort Dodge in 1930 and Dolly finished her Education through the Fort Dodge Public Schools graduating in 1936.

Dolly began working at Safeway in 1951; in 1965 she changed jobs and went to work for Marso Rodenborn Glove Factory.  In 1980 Dolly began her employment with The Messenger retiring seven years later.

Dolly loved visiting and spending time with her friends.  She was also a passionate angler that enjoyed the serenity of nature.

Those thankful for having shared in Dollys life include her son; Gerald of Fort Dodge, three grandchildren; Lynn Dutcher of Stewart, IA, Lori Moore of Harcourt, IA, Jason Oleson, and four great grandchildren.

Mrs. Oleson was preceded in death by her parents, one sister and seven brothers.
