Donna Marie Doan

Donna Marie Doan, 45, of Fort Dodge, IA, died Tuesday, January 30, 2024, at UnityPoint Health – Trinity Regional Medical Center.  Donna’s family will be hosting a memorial service held at 1 PM on Friday, February 9, 2024, at Lighthouse Ministries, 1333 4th Avenue North, with Rev. John Elkin officiating.  Memorials may be directed to the family.  Arrangements are with Historic Bruce Funeral Home of Fort Dodge.

Donna was born September 25, 1978, in Fort Dodge, the daughter of Don C. and Katherine Marie (Kirchner) Doan.  She attended Manson-Northwest Webster High School. Over the years, she worked in hospitality. Donna enjoyed cooking, baking, music, spending time with family and her cat, Tigger.

Donna is survived by her mother:  Kathy Harris of Fort Dodge; siblings:  Paula (Paul) Carter of Bondurant and David (Christa) Doan of Manson.  She is also survived by her nieces and nephews: Lindsey, Josie, Kamryn, and Aidan Carter and Matthew, Meghan and Marleigh Doan and a great-nephew Mateo Bennett.

She was preceded in death by her father Don; nephew: Justin and her grandparents.
