Greg Beamer Winn, 43, of Fort Dodge, died Thursday, December 8, 2011 at the University of Iowa Hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at the Bruce-Graham Funeral Home with the Rev. Stephen Bibb Associate Pastor First Presbyterian Church. Visitation will be held Monday December 12, 2011 from 4:30 till 7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Greg was born November 6, 1968 the son of Raymond and Sharon (Hoover) Winn in Fort Dodge, Iowa.

Greg started working for Clemet Motors and then later went to work as a sandblaster at Chief Industries.

Greg has had many passions in his life including the great outdoors, fishing especially, mushroom hunting and riding his motorcycle. While he was still able to ride he enjoyed going on poker runs and visiting with friends. He tinkered and worked on anything he could get his hands on whether it was a car, snowmobile or lawn mower. He was very passionate about his Iowa Hawkeyes and knew when they played and who they played.

Those thankful for having shared in Gregs life include his parents, Ray and Sharon Winn, one sister, Dawn and her husband Todd Donnelly and their three children; Bailey Donnelly, Meghan Donnelly, Kallie Kuebler and her daughter Taylor and numerous other family.

Mr. Winn was preceded in death by his Great Grandparents, Andrew and Vesta Barber, Maternal Grandparents, Merlin and Wilma Hoover, Paternal Grandmother, Margaret Winn and his close friend Todd Witte.
