Jeri Fowler (nee Geraldine Louise Hutchinson) of Fort Dodge, died Wednesday December 29, 2004 at the Trinity Regional Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday January 3, 2005 at the First Presbyterian Church with the Rev. David Feltman officiating. Interment will follow in the Fort Dodge Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held Sunday from 3-7 p.m. at the Bruce-Graham Funeral Home and Cremation Center.

Preceding Jeri in death were her mother; Doris (nee Molsberry) Hutchinson, sister; Nancy (nee Hutchinson) Redling, and grandson; Patrick Ward.

Geraldine Louise Hutchinson, the daughter of Wayne and Doris Hutchinson, was born on September 17, 1936 in Fort Dodge. She graduated from Fort Dodge Senior High School with the Class of 1954. On October 29, 1955 Jeri was united in marriage to Jack Fowler. To this union seven daughters were born, Jodi, Keeli, Kathi, Karri, Dori, Dani, and Bekki. In their early years of marriage the couple owned and operated Jifi Print printing business. The couple divorced in 1976.

Jeri was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, and for many years enjoyed singing with the Sweet Adelines. She was an avid supporter of the Iowa Hawkeyes, especially basketball. Go Hawks!!

At the time of her death , Jeri was employed at the Wolfe Clinic where she had worked for more than 17 years.

Jeri is survived by her seven daughters; Joline (Jim) Mattingly of Mesa, AZ, Keeli (Greg) Ward of Brea, CA, Kathi Black of Huxley, IA, Karri (Jeff) George of Humboldt, IA, Dorine (Alan) Peterson of Lenox, IA, Danele (Ray) Cooper of Omaha, NE, Bekki (Lee) Weeda of Belle Plaine, IA, her father; Wayne Hutchinson of Fort Dodge, her brother; Jack (Alice) Hutchinson of Belleville, IL, 21 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
