June Mary Graves

June Mary Graves, 62 died on December 26th 2015 at Fort Dodge Health & Rehab surrounded by her family. Visitation will be on Tuesday December 29th from 5pm to 7pm at Rolling Hills Community Church in Fort Dodge. Funeral will be on Wednesday December 30th at 10:30 am at  Rolling Hills Community Church with Pastor Dave to officiate. Burial will be at a later date.

    June was born on June 13th, 1953 to Herman and Thelma(Umbaugh) Stanley. She attended the Fort Dodge and Chicago Schools. On May 19th, 1971 she was united in marriage to Harold Graves Jr. Later they divorced. She worked many years at Frito Lay in New York. She retired in Tennessee where she made a life with Denver Vaughn. After his passing she moved back to the Fort Dodge area to be closer to her family. She loved gardening, playing FB games, spending time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed life itself.

    June is survived by her children Harold(Robin) Graves III, Angel(Jeff) Whyte, Nick(Erica) Graves and her adopted daughter Calli Graves. Her grandchildren Michael Graves, Josh(Shanelle) Graves, Anastasia(Jesse) Martin, Courtney(George) Briese, Austin Graves, Bradley Vaughn, Ethan Graves, Kayla Graves, Kaitlyn Graves, Brady Graves and Tyler Graves. Great-Granddaughter Khamari Martin. Her brothers Herman Stanley II, Charles(Rorena) Stanley and Robert(Debbie) Stanley. Her sisters Beverly Alexander, Sherrill(Lester) Pelham, Urmal Stanley, Nicky Ray(Bobby) Bartley and Jeanie Eakley. Many nieces, nephews and cousins. She is preceded in death by her husband Denver Vaughn. Her parents Herman and Thelma Stanley. Brother Ricki Jo Stanley. Sisters Vicki Bierwirth, Linda Riley, Joan Stanley and Sherri Stanley.

    Memorials may be left at the discretion of the family. Any flowers being sent may be delivered to Rolling Hills Community Church on Tuesday after 4:30 pm.
