Kenneth J. Gordon, 48, of Fort Dodge, IA, died Saturday, October 26, 2019, at Trinity Regional Medical Center – Unity Point. A celebration of life gathering will be held from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM on Wednesday, October 30, 2019, at the VFW Post 1856, 518 S. 29th Street. A time of sharing will begin at 5:00 PM, led by Rev. John Elkin. Memorials may be directed to the family.

Kenneth was born November 16, 1970, in Fort Dodge, the son of Ronald E. and Carol A. (Klinger) Gordon. He attended Fort Dodge Senior High. Over the years, Kenny worked as a mechanic and truck driver. Kenny enjoyed spending time with and tormenting his children. He also enjoyed family gatherings, playing with his puppies, fishing, target shooting, working on cars, driving truck and cooking.

Kenneth is survived by his sister: Melissa Gordon and her children - Ellita Gordon and Carl Gordon; his brother: David (Deborah) Gordon and his children – Candace Martinez, Samantha Wood, Kristal Wood and Jessica Harrison; 5 children: Brittney Fife, Beth (Chuck) Nicholson, Lacey Knutson, Natalie (Chad) Ober and Pearl Cherveny; 9 grandchildren: Aiden, Joey, Desmond, Haylee, Olivia, Michael, Jordyn, Nathan and Nolan; great niece and nephews: Kaelib, Lorissa and Hunter; and his fur babies: Billie, Sukie and Sammy. He is also survived by multiple cousins including Logan Gordon.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Ronald “Gordy” Gordon and Carol Klinger; brothers: Donnie Klinger and Ronald “Ronnie” Gordon; nephew: Ronald Gordon; and fur babies: Sally, Peewee and Gimpy.
