Memorial Services for Lenore Tegland, 75, of Fort Dodge will be Wednesday, January 29, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at Epworth United Methodist Church in Fort Dodge.  Visitation will be Tuesday, January 28, 2014, at the church from 4-7 p.m.  Lenore died January 25, 2014 at the Paula J. Baber Hospice Home in Fort Dodge.  As her wishes, Lenores body was donated to the University of Iowa.

Lenore Marie Tegland was born April 12, 1938 in Iowa City, Iowa to George and Jeannie (McCloud) Knutson.  She grew up in Fort Dodge and attended schools there.  Lenore married Kenneth Tegland on February 1, 1985.  The couple made their home in Fort Dodge.  Throughout her lifetime, Lenore worked at various businesses and enjoyed crafts, bowling and activities with her grandchildren.  She was active in her church, serving on various boards and ladies groups and also taught Jr. Bowling classes. Lenore is survived by her husband, Kenneth; children Pam (Don) Adams, Fort Dodge;  Tina Meyer, Huxley; Rhonda (Dan) Dicus, Fort Dodge; Michael (Barb) Fellers, Des Moines; Rodney (Brandi) Tegland, Odebolt; Douglas (Miranda) Fellers, Jackson, MN; 12 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.  She is also survived by sisters Lavonne and Shirley and brother Dave (Gail) McLoud. Lenore was preceded in death by her parents, 3 sons; Bobby Fellers, Phil Jr. Fellers and Raymond Fellers; 2 grandchildren and numerous other siblings and family members.
