Linda A. Hoyt, 68, of Fort Dodge, IA, died Thursday, July 31, 2025, at Grandview Care Center in Dayton, IA. Private family services will be held at a later date. Linda was born April 23, 1957, in Grand Forks, North Dakota, the daughter of Lester George and Josephine Clara (Lindblad) Lundeen. She graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in Babbitt, MN in 1976. She worked as a waitress for many years until her retirement in 2014. Linda enjoyed taking care of her animals, going for walks, concerts and time on the motorcycle. She loved having fun, visiting family and spending time with them.

Linda is survived by 3 children: Carmen Stafford and significant other Bob of Des Moines, IA, Stacie, John, Nicki, and Tyaor Kumferman of Eau Claire, WI, John Lenzmeier of Minnesota and Rian Elaine of Minnesota; and 3 grandchildren. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and 8 siblings, Wayne Zilmer and many relatives that passed on.
