Merrill Ferguson

 Private family Services for Merrill Ferguson 57  who passed away on Monday, April 6, 2015 at the Paula J. Baber Hospice Home in Fort Dodge will be held at a later date. He was born August 23, 1957 in Fort Dodge, Iowa to Dwight and Shirley Ferguson.  He grew  up in Fort Dodge and graduated from Fort Dodge High.  After school Merrill spent some time in Colorado. 

Merrill was united in marriage to Debra Long on May 7, 1988 in Fort Dodge.  Merrill lived most of his life in Fort Dodge except for 8 and half years he lived in Lanyon.  He enjoyed building models and fishing.  He will be remembered as a very giving man.  He is survived by his wife Debra of Fort Dodge, his stepchildren, James and Tina Cooper, his father Dwight, two brothers, Nels and Gary and a sister Debra.  He was preceeded in death by his mother Shirley and one sister Sherry.
