Natasha Jean Hickox

Natasha Hickox, 47, passed away unexpectedly on March 16, 2026, leaving behind a family who loved her deeply. Services will be held at a later date. Memorials may be directed to the family. Arrangements are with Historic Bruce Funeral Home of Fort Dodge. 

Born November 7, 1978, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She was the daughter of Ronda Ann (Cowden) VanConant and William Howard Hickox. Natasha worked as a waitress and Certified Nursing Assistant, where her caring nature touched many lives. She was a devoted family person who found her greatest joy in her connection to those she loved.

She enjoyed tending to her plants, working in the garden, and spending time with her grandchildren, who were the light of her life.

Natasha is survived by her daughters, Madeline (Traylor) Rushton (Kyle) of Fort Dodge and Anastasia Hickox of South Dakota; her grandchildren, Orion Dondlinger, Athena Rushton, and Avra Rushton; her father, William Hickox; her brother, Glenn Herner; her sisters, Monica VanConant and Cassie Steuer; several nieces and a nephew, as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Ronda (Sunny) VanConant.

She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
