Piper was not just a daughter or sister but a best friend to her mom and siblings. Family and being a mother/sister were an infinite part of her relationship with them. Phoebe was Piper’s whole world and words cannot express this bond and the role motherhood played in their relationship, inspiring a testament to the power of love and devotion.
Even though Piper was a wildflower with a stubborn streak, she had one of the biggest hearts with a smile that lit up a room. If you were in the dark she selflessly pulled you back out into the light. Piper was a lover of arts, hopeless romantic, a protector and mostly a very talented Writer. Piper loved music and books with her current favorite series - The Fourth Wing by Rebecca Yarros, it not only was her time to explore but her sanctuary. Piper loved horses, they provided her with a sense of comfort and support. Piper reflected strength, embodied intelligence, love, forgiveness, compassion, an unwavering conviction and kindness inspired by multitude. To know Piper was to love her she loved fiercely, hard and selflessly. And if you were lucky enough to be loved by her, she loved with every fiber of her being. Sissy you are deeply loved and fiercely missed by so many already. Be the Angel in Heaven you have been on earth please guide, love and protect us. With love always.
We ask you come dressed in colors
Not in black and white
Let's light up the room for Piper
Not fading to the dark of Night
Her spirt will surround us
While our love surrounds her soul
Her nature and beauty are a rainbow
A canvas of love on display
We'll carry her light here together
To brighten the path of this day
So come dressed in colors
Not in black and white.
