Rosella Jean Mosher

Rosella Jean Mosher, 74, of Fort Dodge, IA, died Friday, July 10, 2026, at Accura Healthcare of Ogden. Private family services will be held at a later date. Memorials may be directed to the family. Arrangements are with Historic Bruce Funeral Home of Fort Dodge. 

Rosella was born August 8, 1951, in Fort Dodge, the daughter of David John and Margaret Rose (Loughry) Bass. She attended Fort Dodge Schools. Rosella was united in marriage to John H. Mosher in 1976. In her younger years, she enjoyed riding her bike and walking. Rosella was a homemaker who also enjoyed coloring, spending time with family and hosting Thanksgiving. Above all, she loved being a wife and mother. She also loved life & God and was a member of Lighthouse Ministries.

Rosella is survived by 3 children: Maria Rose Kenning, Margaret Frances Mosher and Kathryn Maxine Mosher; many grandchildren; 3 siblings: Polly Breno of Colorado, Angelo Breno of Arizona, and Vickey Breno of Arizona. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband in 2013; and 2 sisters: Elizabeth Lucart and Rowena Cutting. She is also preceded in death by nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
