Sally Noreene Terranova Brown

Funeral Services for Sally Terranova Brown 78 of Fort Dodge will be Monday, June 2, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Historic Bruce Funeral Home in Fort Dodge with Kelly I. Moore officiating.  Visitation will be Sunday 4pm to 6pm and will continue Monday one hour prior to services.  Interment will be in North Lawn Cemetery.  She died Thursday, May 29, 2014 at the Trinity Regional Medical Center.

Sally Noreene Terranova Brown was born July 25, 1935 in Webster City, Iowa to Louis and Viola (Ribbey) Jetter.  She grew up in Webster City and attended Webster City Schools.  She was united in marriage to Jerry Terranova, settled in Fort Dodge and to this union seven children were born; Joe, JoAnn, JoLeene, JoNette, JoLinda, James and Jon.  Sally was later married to Tom Brown and to this union one daughter Joanni was born.  She enjoyed ceramics, crocheting, camping and playing cards.  Sally was a member of the Moose Lodge. Her family was very important to her as she dearly loved her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.

She is survived by her spouse, Tom Brown of 53 years, her children; Joe (Kim Humphrey) Terranova of Fort Dodge, JoAnn (Rick) Bentson of LaVergne, TN, JoLeene (Tim) Hart of Fort Dodge, JoNette Terranova of Fort Dodge, JoLinda Terranova of Fort Dodge, James (Sissy) Terranova of Badger, and Joanni Brown of Fort Dodge, thirteen grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.  She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, son Jon in 1992, three sisters; Phyllis, Garnette and Beverly,  and one brother Jerry.
