Funeral Services for Sandra M. Fry 69 of Duncombe are Wednesday July 17, 2013 at 1:00 pm at the Historic Bruce Funeral Home in Fort Dodge with Rev. David Grindberg of St. Olaf Church officiating. Burial will be in the Colfax Township Cemetery, Vincent.

Visitation will be Tuesday 5pm to 8pm at the Historic Bruce Funeral Home and continue on Wednesday one hour prior to services.

Sandra Maree Fry was born April 30, 1944 in Manson, Iowa to Kenneth and Laura (Johnson) Kenning. She graduated from Humboldt High School and then attended A.I.B. College in Des Moines. She was united in marriage to Charles Fry on December 31, 1971 in Fort Dodge.

The couple settled in Duncombe where she has lived ever since. Sandy worked at M & S Office Products for over 30 years and Jims Carpet One for seven years. She enjoyed collecting antiques, especially McCoy pottery. She also enjoyed gardening and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a life member of the George Strait Fan Club.

On July 13, 2013 Sandra died at the Paula J. Baber Hospice Home in Fort Dodge at the age of 69 years. She is survived by her children; Marcus, Bradley, Crystal and Anthony, three grandchildren; Cody, John and his wife Felicia and Brittany, two great grandchildren; Kingston and Kinnick, and one sister; Charon Fisher of Kansas City, MO. She is also survived by special son- in- law Bernie Hanson. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
