William Bill Carlson

William “Bill” A. Carlson, 59, of Fort Dodge, IA, died Tuesday, March 23, 2021, at Crestview Nursing & Rehabilitation in Webster City, IA. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date. Memorials may be directed to the family.

William was born July 10, 1961, in Fort Dodge, the son of Steve and Carole E. (Chinberg) Carlson. In 1980, he graduated from High School in Arkansas. Bill enjoyed fishing and camping.

Bill is survived by the daughter he always wanted: Tonya Stanberg and husband Shawn of Rutland, IA; and 2 half brothers: Wayne Morwitzer and wife Tracie of Ames, IA and Johnny Carlson.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother: John Volbrecht; and sister: Cathy Morwitzer.
